Our builds are made for your personal Minecraft adventures. This page explains how you may use them and which uses are not permitted.

What this license covers
This license applies to ProjectShulker builds obtained through free downloads, free account unlocks, individual purchases or subscriptions.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the build under these rules. Downloading or purchasing a build does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design.
What you may do
Your own Minecraft worlds
Place and use our builds in your own personal Minecraft worlds.
Private servers with friends
Use our builds on private, invitation-only, non-commercial servers with friends. The server owner may install the files so friends can play together.
Personal modifications
Modify, expand, recolour or otherwise adapt a build for the permitted uses described in this license.
Screenshots, videos and streams
Show our builds in screenshots, videos and livestreams, including monetised content. Do not provide the downloadable build files to viewers.
What you may not do
Public or commercial servers
Do not use our builds on publicly accessible servers or commercially operated servers. An invitation-only server is also prohibited if it is operated commercially.
Reselling
Do not sell, sublicense or otherwise redistribute our build files, including as part of a downloadable map, build pack or server package.
Sharing or reuploading
Do not share the files with other people, publish download links or upload them to another website or platform. Playing together on a permitted private server does not authorise distributing separate copies of the files.
Redistributing modified versions
The same restrictions apply when you modify a build. Changing blocks, colours, layout or file format does not grant permission to sell or distribute it.
Credit and ownership
You may show the build in your own content, but do not falsely claim to have created the original design. You may describe changes that you made yourself.
Copyright and other applicable rights remain with their respective owners. This license only grants rights that ProjectShulker is entitled to grant. Minecraft, Mojang and Microsoft retain their own rights.
Downloads and subscriptions
Permission to use a build and access to download it are separate matters. This license does not promise permanent access to download links, updates or subscription content.
Purchase and subscription terms determine the duration of download access. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this license.
